Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello! I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her incredible fianc JP in Orange County California. Henry is a happy, go-lucky dad. I came to America with my brother and parents in 1990 when I was one and a half years old I would not be living my life and sharing it to you, if not for my parents love hard work and sacrifice. My parents inspired me and helped me to become prosperous. My goal was to attend school, graduate and get an excellent job. Then I wanted a wife and kids. My idea of success was to go to university to graduate, then get a corporate job. After that, I'd marry, buy a house and start a family. However, life was not so sure. Money and the prestige of my work did not make me happy. I felt as if I had wasted my time for a paycheck. It was in 2013 that I discovered that my true passion was working out. I also enjoyed having fun and being able to help others. In the process of pursuing this new direction in life, I discovered private training. My business was founded in 2014. I am celebrating my seventh anniversary in this calendar year. Since I am a Asian woman in the industry, there are very few. It is my goal to be a change maker within the business to offer the best coaching and guidance to help others to become a healthier and happier individual by developing an environment that is sustainable and meets their individual goals and needs. It is my goal to encourage others to chase their desires and lead the lives they've always dreamed of. As my career started to grow, I was struck by one of the greatest losses in my life - my mom's passing away. The eight years she fought struggle with Scleroderma. Then she's in Heaven and I will remain close to her in my heart. It is possible to learn from life, even though we might not be able to see it now. My mother's abrupt death that altered my life forever. In my opinion, that it provided me with a chance to live my living a full and fulfilling life. It was the Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed away. The opportunity was there to start a new chapter in her life, and I got another chance to live living a happy and fulfilling life. The 30's are the only moment that I feel as if that I'm alive. My experiences are shared with my readers so that I am able to be able to share my stories and words. It will allow you to realize that you're not on your own. You're capable of getting anything you'd like and more. Therapy is essential and normal. Health is the greatest wealth. Only one life is yours. I want you to be the best version of yourself.
